To complete your return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip and receipt or proof of purchase.

The RF bands are made of non-stick, non-slip, non-snap polyester and latex.

You can do many lower body exercises such as squats, lunges and many more.

As a beginner, you can start by using the light band and move up to the next levels as you are progressing.

The set is also the perfect gear for intermediate and advanced levels because you can use all three bands to complete an entire lower body workout.

You can hand wash your bands with a mild unscented soap only and do not rub on the logo or latex inside the band to avoid damaging the resistance.

We recommend letting them air-dry in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

We also recommend not to wash the bands and mesh bag after each use but only when you see them dirty. This will help preserve the condition of your bands.

Keep your bands inside its mesh bag when not in use.

Also keep them in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do not leave them in hot places.
