Shipping Policy

We are currently offering free standard shipping for U.S. and Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.

Our processing time is 5 business days from the day you purchased. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to track your package.

 * Shipping is free for domestic orders valuing over $50 USD, before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. 

Lost or stolen packages: Please note that for all shipments, Resilient Female is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect address: Also be aware that in the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, Resilient Female assumes no responsibility and cannot ship out replacement packages or refund these orders. If you realize that you submitted the incorrect address at the time of order, please email customercare@resilientfemale.com and notify us immediately. We can correct the address only if the order has not been shipped out yet.

Cancellations: Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. 

Do You Ship To PO Boxes? Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking your package: Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution centre.  You can find these tracking numbers in your shipment confirmation email. It may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. While your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide information about your package for 48 hours.
